ODM Academy is a modern music education business offering private music lessons both at their academy and within primary schools across Staffordshire. As the business grew — in services, staff, and partner schools — their website no longer reflected who they were or supported how they worked.

They needed more than a brochure site. The goal was to create a professional, forward-thinking platform that could support bookings, payments, and partnerships, while significantly reducing the admin workload behind the scenes.

The Challenge

ODM Academy’s existing website clearly explained what they did, but it didn’t help the business operate efficiently or scale.

Key challenges included:
