Ultraclean Canines is run by Emma, who provides specialist training for pet professionals — including dog walkers, groomers, and home boarders — on how to use the Emmi-Pet ultrasonic toothbrush safely and effectively.

Before working together, Emma was successfully selling training and products through Facebook and running courses live over Zoom. While demand was strong, managing orders, payments, training sessions, and customer communication manually had become time-consuming and unsustainable.

She needed a single platform that could automate the entire process and support the next stage of business growth.

The Challenge

Ultraclean Canines didn’t just need a website — it needed a system.

Key challenges included:

  • Selling training and products entirely through social media
  • Running live Zoom courses while manually handling payments, invoices, emails, and access links

Live Webinar Ticketing with Automation

For live Zoom events, the site includes:

  • A calendar of upcoming training sessions
  • Online ticket sales for each event
  • Automatic emails sent to customers with course details and Zoom access
  • No manual follow-up required

This removed the need to manage orders, payments, and emails manually for each session.

Transition to On-Demand Training (LMS)

We also encouraged Emma to pre-record her training so it could be sold as an on-demand course.

Initially, both live and pre-recorded options were available. Over time, it became clear that:

  • Customers strongly preferred pre-recorded training
  • Learners could watch and download content at a time that suited their business hours
  • Emma no longer needed to deliver training live

As a result, she transitioned fully to the LMS model, creating a scalable and highly efficient training system.
